It’s a mastered skill, you can either do it or you can’t, but boy is it fun! Whether it stays off the floor for 30 seconds or 3 it boosts your heart rate for a god cardio work out. All you need is a room a bit of room and a sense of humor. Have a hula hoop party…exercise is always better with a group of friends to laugh with.
